i been trying to loose weight for a while and i have lost weight from all over my body except my bum is there any exercises i can do to loose weight in that area.

note: i have been using an exercise bike as a regular source of exercise and this is what is helping me to lose weight along with healthy eating

My son (age 19) has severe issues with Anxiety, blushing, nerves? ESP..when having to deal with the general public, it makes him leave his job/s and he just stays in his room all the time, to avoid the crippling emotion he feels when put in an uncomfortable situation.
His face goes beetroot as soon as he speaks. Very conscious of it..he is online most days searching forums for people with similar but i cant get him to go to the doctors, he wont come out with us as a family, he's becoming a recluse.
He only sees his friends becasue they come to HIM, he wont go out.

I am having recurrence of mouth ulcers or so called canker sores in side my mouth over the last six months.. I am sick of all sorts of allopathic treatment in terms of mouth wash, antiseptic pain killer gels, antibiotics etc. The pian is really unbearable.

I brush my teeth regularly & also visit the dentist for cleaning and filling but when the dentist using those metal/iron things in my teeth i feel something like im gonna loose my teeth are going to fall
