DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD TO THE DR, JUST YET. If your child is contagious, you do not want to risk infecting every person in the waiting room.
Write all your child's symptoms down on a piece of paper. Did she have an elevated temp? How long has she been 'miserable'? What do the spots look like? Are they weepy? Raised? Flat? How you are able to describe the rash is the most important. Also, your Dr will know if there are any other contagious, or communicable diseases going around. Hope this helps some.

Could be heat rash or an allergic reaction to soap, soap detergent, food, etc. Also, if you have animals or recently have taken her into someone elses home with animals...it's possibly flea bites. Take her to the doctor or your area emergency room. It's difficult and unsafe to diagnose something online.

Sounds like chicken-pox to me. I would go and check with a doctor if I where you, just to be sure.

dont want to scare you but go to a doctor, my brothers friend's baby died from menigitis last year, he was only one, he had a little rash and wasn't his usual self, he died 3 days later
