It depends... however, I would not suggest in long term drinking mineral water as your daily water intake, cause the minerals inside will be too much for your daily need.

Unless your tap water source is not safe to drink and requires boiling first, then probably is better off taking in mineral waters (as I would rather poison by the overdose of minerals, than poison by the chemicals or germs in the tap water)

You may have to take note that, the mineral water is not all from the natural underground water, you can take a close look at the source of the water, majority of them, stated the water source is from the tap water.

If you prefer mineral water over tap water, then I suggest to take 6 glass of distilled or pure water and the remaining 2 glass can be the mineral water.

I think so, i never drink tap water because i don't like that funny taste, i always drink bottled (mineral) water though.

Tap water can cause infections and give other effects,so not always you are allowed to drink it.Good luck!(mineral is good and it is better)

Usually yes. It depends on where you live but in some parts it is even the same. Really. Some bottled water companies draw their water from the same source as tap water companies.

i have been informed to drink a minimum of 10-8oz cups of water an afternoon.
