I brush my teeth regularly & also visit the dentist for cleaning and filling but when the dentist using those metal/iron things in my teeth i feel something like im gonna loose my teeth are going to fall

your teeth aren't absorbing fluroride correctly. Ask the dentist for some fluroride gel. It's only available by prescription. Also you may want to use a mild toothpaste and soft tooth brush. Smoking, sugar, and abrasive things can make it worse

Brush your teeth with an ayurvedic toothpaste . Stop going to dentist regularly and visit him only if only when it is absolutely necessary because too much cleaning will loosen the teeth from the gums and teeth could fall out.

Tell your dentist you could be allergic to the antiseptic he/she uses.

thats normal.. i have sensitive teeth and mine do the same thing

i use it and it helps alot.
