Should i get on it today?

Ah, never mind. Ill do it. I ate a lot of b day cake today.

Yes. You should continue to exercise. I've walking on the treadmill almost everyday for two years now. It's definitely worth doing it. You wil feel better and look better!

Well, that would depend on the type of stomach pain you are feeling and the serverity of it. Is it a bad food type of pain, muscle soreness from previous workouts or activities, or a much worse, pulled muscle type of pain?
Generally speaking, if it is just one of the more superficial pains, then light excercise such as walking on the treadmill should be fine. If something is pulled, lay off the excercise and give it a couple days to heal,. minor pulls will generally go away in a few days. If not, see a doctor.
Another thing to keep in mind is that your body is usually telling you something, and if you work out often, it might be telling you that it could use a day or two of rest.

Just walk on it at a steady pace, some exercise is better than none at all.
