can a guy get HIV from a non-infected guy's semen when they have sexual intercourse or when tha person's semen enter your body?

You can only get HIV if your partner is a carrier, maybe you should both get checked, that would be the wise thing to do. Good luck.

Assuming that you don't have HIV now, the answer is NO. At least one must be infected or have HIV. That said, there's nothing mentioned about you not having HIV in the first place!

HIV is a viral infection, so it follows the normal rules. So ask yourself - can you get chicken pox from someone that doesn't have it? How about catching a cold from someone that doesn't have one?

It takes someone that is infected to infect another. So if you are infected... then you can and eventually will give someone your disease.
