Ive been experiencing, nausea and watery diarrhea for three days. I havent really been able to eat. I had a low fever on the first day. this is the third and my right side of my back is in a little pain. Am I losing a kidney?

If you're on your period, I highly doubt you are pregnant.
Sounds like you have the intestinal bug that is going around. Its a virus and it will run its course. I missed work for it yesterday - two other people in my office had it too last week. It sucks. My doctor recommended that I not take Pepto or Imodium because it just makes the virus last longer (I was her sixth call about it!). The diarrhea is your body trying to get rid of the virus. I just let myself be sick and I'm almost back to normal today. Just make sure you drink lots of water (Gatorade can help with the dehydration). Applesauce, rice, bananas and toast (the BRAT diet) can help stabilize your system. Your kidney hurts because you're dehydrated. I had the same thing. Get some water in you, pronto. Get lots of sleep too. I spent a lot of time sleeping in between bathroom breaks and that helped hugely.
You'll know when you're getting better because all of a sudden, you'll be starving!

Actually there have been cases thatt women will have their period and be pregnant at the same time! That was not a stupid question at all! It happens so go get tested. The diarrhea could happen also! I went through tha before!

This seems like an obvious answer but you should see a doctor.
You could be having signs of kidney stones, gallstones, colon cysts-- who knows??
And you CAN be pregnant and still have a period.
See a doctor to know for sure.

Not a very good connection between a kidney and diarhea... Sounds very similar to a virus that went through our house a few weeks ago...Even had projectal vomiting.. Never did feel nauseated.

AHHH!!!!!! you might want to see your doctor... don't go to the ER they won't see you... or if you want a laugh go to the ER and say to the nurse you have norwalk virus...theres a break out here in nanaimo, BC the hospitals aren't letting any visitors in the ER every visitor has to sit in the waiting room its really really contagious, check this site out immediately!!!http://www.astdhpphe.org/infect/norwalk.html
