Why is it that when you blow with your mouth in an 'o' shape, it's cool air, but if you blow with your mouth is a wider shape (like people sometimes do when they clean their glasses) it's warm air?

I've got this tooth and it has a small filling in the biting surface of it from a few years ago. I was at the dentist today and he says that I have got a cavity between this tooth and the one in front of it AND the one behind it.......so there's two new cavities on this tooth that's already got a filling in it.

What will happen when I go to get the new fillings? Will he make it one big filling? Or will there be three separate fillings in the same tooth? I never knew they could do that.

I have alot of joined up feckles on my face it makes me look as if i am wearing a mask, it got worse when i was pregnant , i try to hide it with foundation but you can always see it , iam brunette with brown eyes and olive skin, can someone tell me what it is?

i took up smoking like two months ago. This summer, I've been having this horrible cough, with some phlegm and I'm not sure if its because of allergies or not, because I do have allergies, but the cough was never this bad.

Recently, my fingers and toes, when they get cold for any reason, all of a sudden start to get that feeling(like when you're in the snow for too long-numb, kind of hurting).

I only smoke an average of a cigarette a day, so I don't know. Could these problems be due to something else?

A friend was admitted today for 5 days for pain pill addiction.Does anyone have some real

me and my parents have the same family doctor, i went to him to get a physical about a month ago b/c my psychiartist needed it for me. when he got the blood test done i came back having anemia. strange thing i've been taking iron medication b/c i had the anemia. so everytime after that i've actually had to get bloodwork done 3 times and it came back the same. the last timemy parents went over there was last week and he said he need to examine me and ask me a few questions. my last pd was late, and my next one is due on 8/26 and i haven't seen any signs of it when i usually see signs a week in advance. i've had unprotected sex, using the withdrawal method, the doctor doesn't know that part yet, however he wants to send me in for a sonogram? what exactly is the connection between the anemia and him wanting to send me for a sonogram? is it bc he suspects pregnancy?? serious anwers plis, oh and i have to see him this saturday i already took 1 prego test and it was neg about a month ago

someone I am very close to, who is young, is being told there is a mass on the pancreas & duodom, that this mass is split between these two organs & an immediate surgery is needed to remove this whatever it is mass..I am very concerned and I would like to understand what might be happening here. Or is it just the evolution of the bacteria, not dependant on our use of antibiotics? Just curious because I caught a mean UTI a while back that took forever to clear, and there were quite a few antibiotics that the germ (E. coli) was resistant to after the culture was done. I am not a nasty person, and I am married in a faithful relationship.

I am 22 years old who doesn't need to lose weight, but needs to tone up. I have really been trying to go to the gym about 4-5 times a week. But I don't know a lot about lifting and I want to tone, not have a ton of muscle. I also don't want to gain much weight. I can handle about 5 pounds, but other than that no weight gain. I also stick to a low carb diet.
