Consult with your physician and seek a moderate plan , such low impact aerobics ( squats , deep knee bends, go up and down the stairs at your home. ) As for diet - vegetables raw and steamed , no breads , fruit fresh and most important gave yourself a chance because actually you are not gaining weight over night if so just work a little harder stick with your committment of losing that stone you picked up. God Bless you can do it

try some whole grain cereals or fruit and yogurt for breakfast. also, eat a salad for lunch or something else nutritious so you eat less at dinner. if you just have coffee for lunch you'll over-eat at dinner. hope this helps!

You need to give your body energy! You're actually not eating enough. You need to eat 4-6 small meals a day with healthy food. And exercise. And drink lots of water.
