What works best for me is a warm glass of milk and a Super Snooze pill that I buy through Puritan's Pride (they sell vitamins and herbs) about 1/2 hour before I go to bed. It is a totally natural combination of herbs.

There are a lot of alternative remedies you can try to help you sleep: valerian, melatonin, 5HTP, st. john's wort, kava kava, etc.. If you go to a natural food/health store you can usually find a blend of these herbs that will help you rest.
