i would suggest getting a journal to write down your worries, that way you have dumped it all out and then when your feeling a bit more up you can reread what you have written and possibly a better solution to the worry or problem will arise. Most of the time you will realize that what you tend to dwell on are insignificant and you should not waste your time over-analyzing things that you have no control over.

good luck and don't beat yourself up over the small thins in life for it is way to short.

You must take one day at a time, and don't worry about anything beyond this point. When you are over whelmed by problems, it can all seem impossible to solve anything. You must sit back, take a deep breath, and little by little think of solutions for your problems. Even the biggest problems can be solved, if you first make a list of solutions, and options, and pick the best one for yourself. You must believe that you can do anything, if given enough time and patience, and options. If you think any problem or situation out, you can eventually solve it. Some problems take longer to solve than others, but once you get on the right track, and have faith in yourself and the ability to accomplish it you CAN do it!!

When something is out of your control, you can start by not worrying..I know it's hard, but I always try to think of all the things that I could possibly do about it..a few years ago we lost everything due to a dishonest relative, I could have lost it all, I also was having a high risk pregnancy at the same time..but instead of feeling sorry for myself I became very resorceful, I looked in a phone book for helpful numbers, etc..think of everything you have going for you that's postive, look at the world directly around you, trees, flowers, smile at people you see..if you still feel bad, you probably should try to seek a doctor to help you..

Well, you are doing the right thing by admitting you have a problem. Do you have any hobbies? If not, take one up. Do something that you love doing. When you are confronted w/a problem, take a few deep breaths, and if its something out of your control, go do your hobby to take your mind off of things. If its something you can fix, think about ways to rectify the situation. Maybe try counseling. I really hope you can work this out for your own good. No one should have to worry so much. Good Luck and peace to you.

At the risk of sounding uncaring would you believe me that EVERYONE but everyone goes through this feeling of desolation.

Try and get out of the house more often, visit friends, talk things over with your near and dear ones. Have you spoken to your doctor? I wish you all the best and I am sure everything will work out for you. Good luck.

Be thankful to Almighty for all that you have.

If want inspiration then just look at someone higher than you like Dhirubhai Ambani or Bill Gates.
If you want satisfaction, just look at someone lower than you like a roadside beggar, tsunami or quake victims.

If you started looking at life this way, then Insha'allah all your worries will vanish.

Faith helps me. But consider the possibility of a chemical imbalance. If you're kept awake at night because of anxieties, maybe it's time to seek a doctor.

You have to learn to clear your mind. Pray and/or medication can help. So can counseling and medication. What you need to understand is that we are not God. However, it the same time do NOT deny how you feel. Mental illness is NOT rational. That is what makes so difficult.
