How tall are you?

1 - Have ur time exercise and be patient ....
2- Exercise with GH-growth hormone (illigal) which give fast results (might be deadly)
3- Injections in the tummy (if thats the area u want to loose its weight) 6 needles with a 1 month effect also dangerous and illegal
4- Amino acid , with some normal brand of fat burner ... takes about three month wiz aggressive training !

I suggest 4 .... i tried it before :P
and still watch ur food !

Weight is important cause if you take good care of your body when younger it should last well over 130 years..or so they say..my thoughts are you don't like yourself, so it maybe because you feel homesick..all of us have a kind of inner homing instinct that says somewhere there's a place called home, a comfort zone,
You can do most anything if you like your self, including take as good care of your own body as you would your car, or favourite book etc.
I know you are great, we are all good and faithful servants, different but, well we do..and you can do it..get a sensible book..or internet search..Mayo institute webpages on nutrition.etc.

How tall are you? If you are 5'6"-6'1" tall, you are fine. If you are shorter than this, you are over weight. If you are taller, you are under weight. But if you are not over weight, but want to lose some fat in certain area, exercise will be the best for you because you are still very young.

Exercize is the best way to loose weight, and of course cutting back on what you eat.

eaat right and exercise unless ur happy with ur self how much is 70 kg any way

That's only 154 lbs. so unless you are extremely short I would say you are fine and you don't need to lose weight.

stop yourself from eating sweets such as chocolate, cookie, or donuts....and maybe eat slowly so it'll be able to digest and not all packed in one place...then set a time when you stop eating...me, I stop after 7 pm...try stop about 4 hours before bed time...
