Haha gross. I think he's talking about when a group of guys jerk off and ejaculate onto a biscuit, and the last guy to shoot his load has to eat it. Personally I've never heard of anybody actually doing it, though it probably does happen, and whether you want to believe it or not, its a pretty gay thing to do.
