Absolutely. I've lost 68 lbs. and am a lifetime member. It is the best weight loss program because it teaches you portion control but still allows you to eat anything you want.

truthfully I was on it ten years ago, for an entire year and the only thing I really remember was 'dip my fork in my salad dressing, then the salad' to save calories. So sorry, I can't say it worked for me long term - I lost a lot of weight but didn't have the eating skills to keep it off. If you can afford Weight Watchers, I had better luck with the South Beach Diet, it was a pain and expensive to start, but it taught me some really good eating habits. Good luck.

I lost 30 pounds on Weight Watchers and my husband lost 40!

omg my sis was like 300 pounds post pregnancy, she got on weight watchers right after the baby (its gonna be a year on 9/4/2006) and she is now about 150. so weight watchers really work. good luck

Yes. Weight Watchers is awesome and alot of fun. The meetings are great and keep you motivated.

I have never done weight watchers. Even though I really really need it. I work at a doctors office and I have heard ALOT !!! Alot of patients say how GREAT it is. TRY it I am as soon as I can afford it. GOOD LUCK

Yes, but they went off of it and gained the weight back.
With weight control, you have to do it for the rest of your life. It's a life style change.
If you add exercise then you can get away with cheating on your diet a bit. And healthier too.
