(about 1.7 miles) if i get hungry at night i microwave a batch of frozen broccoli or brussel sprouts and spray it with i can't believe it's not butter.sometimes, i'll also have popcorn late at night (i'm a night food junkie).i would have probably lost more weight if i didn't eat late at night. good luck to you

I would like to be that size to so this is what i do I eat a healthy breakfast everyday exercise once a day drink lots of water and i eat some kind of vegetable everyday and i only eat sweets once in a while

do not repeat do not eat at night, avoid white foods as much as possible also I am european ,I lost 75 lbs by simply reverting back to childhood eating patterns I ate what i wanted during the day I never ate after 7 at night and I walked added also extra fiber like oatmeal and fruit , lots of water and never ever say you are on a diet, also try not to think too much about it sounds funny but I did not talk too much about it or think too much about it ,just did it and I DID NOT DENY MYSELF ANYTHING AT ALL MAKING AN ISSUE OUT OF IT PUTS TOO MUCH PRESSURE ON YOURSELF AND OTHERS SAY VERY LITTTLE AND JUST DO IT AS BEST AS YOU CAN p.s. good luck and please enjoy your life and take it at your own speed I NEVER GAINED IT BACK
