You might want to take a look at an all in one natural supplement that i take. It is geared towards overall health but i gives me incredible energy as well as other benefits but there is no caffine or sugars so it is a better way to get energized without having to take harmful ephedrine based "supplements" that are really barely legal forms of speed. If you want to know more, check out www.healthforwellness.com or www.switchtosuccess.com/meghan. That is where i found the information when i was looking at this product.

You might have some hidden health issues that need to be checked that are causing the lazies. I know cause i have em.
A good complete vitamin and mineral supplement. then add some niacin - for a rush you won't believe. Go to the local health food store and ask for help, but first go to you doctor.
I have serious thyroid problems, anemia and rheumatoid arthritis that have slowed me down to a drag some days. I didn't know why till I went to the docs and we started doing something about it. I am better and getting better with each day. But my best fix are the vitamins. I can feel the difference when I forget to take them. I take a multiple 3 times a day because one pill will be flushed in a couple hours (most vitamins are water soluble) so i just replace it with each meal. Better to take vitamins with food.
The quick pick up are not good for your adrenals. They get accustomed to relying on the stimulants so they slow down production.
All the B vitamins are lost with stimulants. See there is a lot more to this then drinking coffee.

You can try Gin-sing. You can take it in pill form or tea. I am not sure it will give you the boost you are looking for. You might want to see you're Dr. The lack of energy that you are describing may be linked to a serious health problem. Epstein Bar virus and Lyme's disease are two that come to mind. Barring any medical reasons for your lethargy, you can probably find a good herbalist. Just make sure you check them out thoroughly.

I get lethargic too and sometimes I believe it's menstrual. I don't know your gender so I doubt you'd want that advice. ;)
You could be lethargic because you're not drinking enough water. 6-8 glasses a day is recommended, just so you stay hydrated.
My friend went to the doctor to get "pro-plus". He loves the stuff and you can tell the difference.
When me and my friend went to America we were awake for about 42 hours, so we lived on Lucozade tablets. They weren't exactly something that had us bouncing off of the walls, but atleast they kept us awake!
Good luck. :)

Green tea, gatorade, Red Bull, Sobe's no fear energy drinks, Thai magosteen, Moni's health and diet supplement to name a few. Another sure-fire way, is to use music preferably, rock, or pop songs that are lively. Also motivate yourself with a do list.

Acetyl-L-carnitine is your best bet. It's safe, not too terribly expensive. (You can get a bottle for $15 on ebay.) It definitely gives you energy and it's good for you, helping you w/memory and muscle development (which speeds up your metabolism as well. ) It also has anti-oxidant qualities as well. (Oxidation is bad for your cells.)
Also if you eat a lot of carbs or sugar cutting back on them may also help your energy levels (hard as it may be:-)
