Health - 21 August 2006

When I go to work in the mornings I feel like I have no energy. For breakfast I usually have a bowl of oatmeal or grab a cereal bar. Besides oatmeal what is a nice healthy breakfast I can eat in the morning that will give me energy throughout the day. Thanks to the people who can help. Serious answers only!!

Hello All!
I have Mestastic Breast Cancer. Breast, Nodes, and LIver infected. I have am done with my first cycle of chemo in my first round. I am on CMF regime. My white blood cell count is low and I was just put on self injections of Filgrastim. Can someone tell me a little about the drug and what it is like on it.

my doctor said it could be my weight and she gave me these pills to help it come but ii hasnt started yet is there something really wrong with me i been trying to get answers but i keep getting the run around about it is there anyone who can relate to this or know what i can do to get this resolved ive often thought the worst of this like maybe ovarian cancer something but no ones know..

Ok, so if you dont have an orgasm, then what do you think you have it to do for it be considered sex? oral sex? what has to be done in order to have had sex? Whats your opinion on that, becasue lots of people have different idea on that. ( no orgasm, its not sex, come on, what?)

I am a bit confused because I know that people with high cholosteral should consume monosaturated and polysaturated fats to raise good cholosteral; however these foods also contain sauturated fat and sometimes cholesteral as well. For ex, salmon, chicken, peanut butter. Should I not eat this foods? I'm confused. How much saturated fat and cholesteral should I consume in a day?

Okay, so here's the deal. I'm 21/f, 5'6, 165 lbs. I need to lose 20 lbs by November. Does anyone know a site that I can put my information in and it gives me a scheduale like..when to work out, how long, and what types of excersizes? I have already lost 35 lbs in th last 2 months (mostly baby weight) and have come to a plateu..eating right, drinking water and all that good stuff. But I'm joining a gym and am totally new to it all. Thanks! (I know..I talk a lot-lol)

yesterday I was taking off my valve springs on my cylinder head. I felt this pinch on my arm which hurt. So I imidatly moved my arm. I didn't see anything but I got a big bump on my arm. My whole arm started to hurt really bad but my hand went numb. I took benadrel and felt extremely stoned. Was it a bee or what. Im not allergic to them. Maybe its a dumb question.

I don't have mono they say or have strep throat. I'm hurting all over. What could be wrong? Could I have some disease? I'm getting worried. That's why I keep asking about cancer. Can someone help me figure out what this might be and what I can do for it. They gave me a prescription for Augmentin. Symptoms: Ear hurts (said it was clear), throat hurts on the side right side - same side as the ear that hurts (says I have swollen throat), dizzieness, a small headache, also my skin feels tingly and at times I feel numb in my fingertips, am cold but hot at the same time, and always want to take a bath. Help me please!

I went fishing this weekend and on the boat I was trying to make my nephew laugh and so I was making these funny gestures with my head and then all of a sudden I could not turn my head to the right anymore. It is since Saturday and I am in sooo much pain. It pulls in my shoulder and today my eyes were burning. A few minutes ago ,everytime I put my head down, It feels like I have a bug in the side of my scalp it feels like crawling, but there is nothing there. I can't sleep and I don't know if massaging it or putting warm or cold compresses. ANyone help please....
