I have and still am using LeanCuisine and Healthy Choice frozen meals. Since I'm the only cook in the family, I didn't want all the work that goes with creating varied meals.
I like that there are lots of choices. They're very tasty and I've discovered a few 'favorites'.
In my neck of the woods they range in price between $3.00 and $4.00 but I always look for coupons and sales and stock up then.
I usually have the same breakfast, however which is cereal with a little milk and a small glass of o.j.
The frozen meals are for lunch and dinner. Most of the time I keep it just under 300 calories. The larger ones have close to 400 calories.
An apple or banana in between meals and I'm feeling great!
I've been losing between 3 and 4 1/2 pounds per week for 5 weeks.
I'm also strength training 3 x's per week and walking every day.

I read on MSN last night that people who eat those sort of meals (lean cusine, healthy choice...) lost more weight than people who didnt..they help you use portion size, which often are under 400 calories..and sometimes..if your lucky that includes a dessert!! ;-)

I haven't but a friend of mine who lives alone, ate one for lunch and one for dinner. She also ate a salad for dinner too. She lost 25 pounds in 5 weeks, but it didn't stay off because she started to eat her own cooked meals again.
