Don't panic (easier said than done, right?). It could be something like polycystic ovarian syndrome or endometriosis - I don't know a lot about those problems, but I'm sure webmd or google could help you out. It might just be some problem that can be fixed by small surgery or medication. If it is, awesome! If not, it's treatable.

It sounds hormonal.
The #1 hormone - because it can affect the production of all the other hormones - is insulin. Ask your doctor for a fasting insulin blood test . Ask for a copy of your results. 10 or higher is abnormal for an adult.
Also ask for a saliva test. This test will tell you if any of your feminine hormones are not at the best levels. I do not like doctors who prescribe any medications for feminine problems without testing first. When that happened to me (a different problem than the one you are having) - the shot he gave me switched me from low blood sugar to diabetes.
Your symptoms could be related to low blood sugar. You may want to check out www.hufa.org, and click on the symptoms link to check yourself out.

i'm sorry approximately your mom. i might could say the Heavenly Father and writer of all human existence might and can be your first function style. He has a squeaky clean checklist! And he has excelled in each and every thing he's ever carried out! yet aside of that, in case you have all and sundry on your loved ones that may not dysfunctional and that has a sturdy outlook on existence and attaining great things, look as much as them. somebody renowned might could be Maya Angelou, Oprah, or Christina Aguilera- she appears like a sturdy function style and doing sturdy for herslf. you do no longer choose to look as much as Britney or Lindsay.

Some women with polycystic ovaries (PCOS) have symptons like this, where they rarely get their periods. It's definately worth having a blood test to check your hormone levels. & maybe an ultrasound to see if their are cysts on your ovaries.

You mentioned your weight- are you anorexic? Anorexics sometimes do not have their periods because they have done so much damage to their bodies. You need to have your doctor do more tests because that is not normal.
