Hi, iS THERE ANYONE OUT THERE THAT CAN HELP ME.. i WANT 2 KNOW iF THERE iS ANY CERTAiN EXERCiSES THAT TARGET YOUR BUTT?? AND BUiLD YOUR BUTT?? AND THAT COULD MAYBE ADD ONE OR TWO iNCH.. BUT THESE EXERCiSES CAN'T HAVE WEiGHTS iNVOLVED BC i DO NOT HAVE ANY.. BUT iF YOU CAN NOT HELP ME WITH THiS PLZ DON'T WRiTE TO ME.. BUT iF YOU CAN THANK YOU..

You can do squats,and for weights,use 2 soup cans,or anything that has equal weight in them.Also,leg lifts can tighten the buttocks.

How To Achieve
A Nice Butt
Before you start, here's a few butt exercise tips for you...
* keep your tummy firm.

* Perform these exercises according to your goals. To reduce the size of your butt, keep your weights lighter. If you have a flat butt, and want to build it up a little, then you should aim for butt exercises that will build muscle mass.

* If you're a beginner to exercising, then keep your weights light, or use no weights at all.

* When working your butt, don't just focus on this type of exercise alone. Your butt exercise should be a part of your existing workout. Not a stand alone exercise regime.

* Always warm up before your workout.

* Always cool down after your workout. Consider stretching exercises here.


The Butt Shaper Exercise


1. Kneel on all fours with your hands just slightly wider than shoulder width apart.

2. Now push your leg up and behind you. keep your leg bent so that your knee is level with your hips, make sure the sole of your foot is facing toward the ceiling.

3. As you push your leg up, squeeze your butt as tight as possible. When performing Butt Shaper, keep your back as straight as possible when pushing your leg up towards the ceiling.

4. Hold the leg up and butt squeezed for one to two seconds. Look straight ahead as you do this.

5. Return your knee back to starting position.

6. Repeat until you have completed your set.

7. Repeat on the opposite side.

Options
You can alternate between legs if you prefer performing a rep on one leg then going straight onto the next leg.

Alternatively, you can choose to perform a set of 8 to 12 reps on one side and then repeat on the opposite side.

Butt Shapers are just that... butt shapers. For people who want to increase the size of their butts, you can always add on weights to your ankles. But there are other butt exercises for this purpose, which we'll go into later

I'm not too sure about actual exercises, but I do know that if you wear high heels a lot that they build definition in your butt.

theres mountains of exercises ( most you can find online) for shaping a firm healthy butt - however the only exercise for increasing its size is called the sit on your a*se maccas diet and exercise program.......

go on line and google J-Lo's exercises. She works it to keep that famous butt she has!

walking up hills. stand behind a chair with your feet shoulder width apart, your back should be straight and squot up and down.
i strongly recomend you buying a palates for beginners DVD, its great for building muscle strenghth.
