Okay, so here's the deal. I'm 21/f, 5'6, 165 lbs. I need to lose 20 lbs by November. Does anyone know a site that I can put my information in and it gives me a scheduale like..when to work out, how long, and what types of excersizes? I have already lost 35 lbs in th last 2 months (mostly baby weight) and have come to a plateu..eating right, drinking water and all that good stuff. But I'm joining a gym and am totally new to it all. Thanks! (I know..I talk a lot-lol)

Losing 35 pounds in 2 months is not a "plateau"...that's "awesome"! If you are truly eating right, drinking plenty of water, etc...then simply change up your cardio (type, intensity, and duration).

Anything online will not be "personalized", unless you are paying someone. My sugesstion for anyone planning on comitting to a healthy life, is to buy a personal training certification book (preferably ACE), learn the basics, learn how your body responds...and save your $ and time listening to everyone else's opinions.

Maybe you should get a personal trainer to help you out if you go to a gym. Mu daughter is a personal trainer and she helself has used a trainer (before becoming one) and used the weight watchers points diet to lose the extra 15 pounds she had picked up before getting the job. So maybe if you chose both it will help you out. She is 22 and 5'6" tall and not weighs 135. Try it honey that points diet took the weight off her in no time but remember to tone up so your tummy will be flat again too. Hope I helped.

Jog 20 minutes a day, or jog in place, on a minitramp, jump rope, just do it every day and for at least 20 minutes. get the sweat going, and when you feel like giving up keep going another 5 minutes. Thats when the fat comes off.
