That is considered overweight, but not necessarily unhealthy. For 5'6", an in -shape 117-125 would give you a look you would be happy with. Now, it all depends on your frame. Exercise regularly, so your results can give you a better idea as to what your body is capable of.

One good way to check is calculate your Body Mass Index (BMI). Take your weight in pounds, multiply by 705, and divide by your height in inches squared. In your case this yields 27.5. You are overweight (BMI range 25 to 30), but fortunately not obese (BMI range 30 to 40) or morbidly obese (BMI 40 and above), or underweight (BMI less than 20). Lose about 34 pounds and that pant size should shrink magically.

Everyone is different. I am 5'2, 175pds and a size 13 in pants. I could probably shed a few pounds but everything seems to even out. I wouldn't worry about it!

You didn't include your age or sex, those matter. If you're a man and are very muscular, then thats a fine weight. If you're a woman...I can't see how a woman at that weight and height can be healthy. Though, you did say size 11 in pants...thats a womans size...right? Include some more info, please.

only going off your figures that you quoted and yes you seem a tad large for your height, but best way to really tell is look between your bust and hips if theres flab then its not the right weight for your height

I apologize, since I'm a guy, so it'll probably be different for girls... but as far as I know, that's definitely within the normal range. I wouldn't worry about it.
