im 13 and i want to get a flatter stomach i know that to get a flatter stomach u need to do cardio and weight training and eat healthy i already do 2 out of those three thing i eat healthy and i do weight training but i dont know any cardio workouts.can u please tell me some or give me some sites that will show me videos on it or anything.

cardio could be alot of things, walking, running, jogging, using the tredmill, using the excercise bike anything like that is cardio
