Is it possible to stop your period the day after you have sex if your pregnant ?

i was on my period and me and my boyfriend had sex and the next day i stopped my period is it possible i could be pregnant and thats why i stopped?

Pregnancy does not occur that quickly. From the time you have sex (and conceive) until implantation occurs is 7 to 10 days. Our periods just sometimes do strange things. If by some chance you are pregnant, it occurred BEFORE the day that you had your period.

Women sometimes have a light or short period for the first period after getting pregnant so, if you are pregnant, by the time you had your short period, you were already 2 to 4 weeks pregnant...it didn't happen that particular day.
