Learn to love yourself, get some Sun do something like donate your time or something to charity visit your relatives volunteer at a child care centre, disability service or aged home. Or take a bath with bubbles candles and ensence.

To find the answer to that you need to REALLY work out why you are unhappy and fix the root problem.

In the meantime though you should start by not keeping "bad" foods in your house and stocking up on lots of fruits and veges that you can snack on. Then start doing some simple exercise - even just going for a slow walk for 30 minutes a day will release good endorphins. This way you will take away the "guilty pleasure" aspect of eating.

read a good book, especially something funny.
I recommend "Idiot Girls Action Adventure Guide" by Laurie Notaro, but it is really for adult women (if you are male you probably won't like it. The book is not appropriate for kids, either)
