I am 24, already had one child, don't go to the gym and it'sm very hard for me to maintain a healthy weight, If I don't eat a lot an often, I loose weight. I always have to stop and eat where ever I go, or I get really shakey and light headed. I drink protien drinks, don't smoke, or use drugs or drink alcohol or caffine. I eat a lot of protien. This seems to be a condition that runs in my family, at 5'3 118 I am the biggest woman in my family. My mom is 5'1 95 lbs, my older sister is 5'2 110 lbs, my father is 5'6 135.
How do I slow do my metabolism? I thought it slows down with age or after you have children, but I guess I am wrong. My mom is 61 and still very very skinny and eats like a horse.
