only strictly medical answers please. my nipples are really sore. there's no way I could be pregnant I'm still a virgin. but they're very sore and nothing helps. I tried a lot of stuff and finally just put Campho-Phenique (to numb them) and band-aids on them. lousy solution but it kind of helps. also when i first put campho-phenique on one it burned for a few minutes. like a stinging as if it were an open cut or something.

any ideas on what it could be and how to cure it?

I stopped using the depo shot in june and im just now coming on my period and it's very painful i stopped using it because i was gaining alot of weight and it seemed like when i stopped i just got bigger is that something that will go away in time or will i have to work on that

i smoked pot for the first time 2 weeks ago exactly. i only took 3-4 hits. did not like it, but found out the next day i have to take a urine test for work. my question is how long will it take to get of my body. i have been drinking water and cranberry juice like crazy. is there anything i can do to speed up the process?

So blood pressure can cause symptoms when it is low? i thought it was silent in symptoms. it was suggested to me in a post i put on here that my spells i have ever so often, might be bp related. becuz i get a weird feeling in my head,feel spacey with a sense of having been there done this before kinda thing, i think the same thing, each time before i get lightheaded and almost but not quite pass out. then i'm back. it's like right now i couldn't tell you what it is i think about when it begins, but when i do it i go, oh there's that thought again, or i hear a song in my head, same thing each time. done it for years.... would blood pressure would drop like that for only a minute with never having to have help getting it back up? seems strange .. best explanation i found for myself on the net was aura's or tiny seizures, but the dr's say these are not. possibly anxiety related. but for only 30 seconds to a minute? that doesn't make sense either.. anyone??

I have not slept in about 4 days. all i can do is cough. I have tried Tussin dm . I have a cronic cough and can feel the nasal drainage going down the back of my throat.

I'm trying to go months without no meats, no sweets, no pasta, no rice, no bread, & no cereals, just fruits and veggies. Because everytime I eat the meats and other carbs I don't get enough fruits and veggies and I'm getting more and more obese. I'm 5'11, 223 lbs I'm a male. I'm trying to go on a fruit and veggie diet, but it's hard. Because I crave good carbs and bad and good meats and bad, and I want to stop. Anything you can do to help me?

I had a dream that I was living in one of my previous houses, and my kookum Adele was sleeping in a bed, while my mom was making shepherd's pie in the kitchen. I was standing in front of my kookum, and I heard her talking in her sleep. I heard from my mooshum that if a passed relative in a dream talks to you, and you allow yourself to understand what they are saying, then they would say that they are okay where they are, and that they are looking over you. But she didn't say that, as I understood what she said. She was talking in her sleep, saying something, which I couldn't understand. Then she said, "you killed him, why did you kill him?" I felt like she wasn't talking to me. I felt like she was talking about a person who died in Grouard a few days ago, a friend of her's. His name was William, and I had a feeling that she was dreaming about a person who killed William, although he died in a car crash. What could this mean? I have a strong feeling that this dream means something.

i wanna get a flatter stomach in about a month and fit into size 3 jeans, in a month too. if i eat 1500 calories a day and do 2hrs worth of ddr a day ( burns 1,000 calories) for 5 days a week is that crash dieting? i really want the weight to stay off and not gain back. is this too much, too little?

i fit into size 5-7 jeans, im 5'3 and 126lb. my BMR is 1,300
