try a diabetic diet, 1500 calories you can find one on any diabetic website, the reason it works is that it gives controlled carbs to maintain a stable blood sugar level this reduces the cravings for food, it provides 3 meals and 2 snacks aday THEN move yer buns! exercise! a diet trivia fact: cutting out any one of these 3 cookies, a serving of chips, a soda or a piece of cake a day will let you lose 5 lbs a year with out doing anything else so if you stop drinking 3 sodas a day you will lose 15 lbs a year good luck!

I might have answered this one already.. Eat a cucumber
in the morning, Follow with toast and glass of lemon juice
Avoid sweets in the morning. Eat plenty of Fruit
Avoid salty foods before bed time! Cut down on the greasy oily foods like fries and burgers! Avoid starving cause starving will lead to the yoyo syndrome

Cut out the snack foods and extra sugar. Start exercising - ride your bike, run, walk or dance. Take stairs vs. elevators.

Once school starts keep moving.
