hey im 5'3, 122lbs and 15 years old. Im really unhappy with my figure and weight. I was 111lbs just a week ago, but after having a major binge week on holiday, im now at 122lbs. i want to get to 108lbs before i go back to school, as i have to swim next term. I have 18 days to loose 14lbs. Whats a way i can do this? I need to be about 5lbs a week. I was thinking skip breakfast, small salad sandwich or dry cereal for lunch, and a small dinner like salad or soup. I aim to skip lunch and dinner on days i can get away with it. Anything else i can do to speed up weight loss?
Note: I cant get hold of diet pills, iv tried already
