I lost 10lb in 20 days by cutting out bread and potatoes, eating a big breakfast of eggs and bacon, having a piece of fruit at lunch a final meal without the carbs mentioned above (although I would have rice and or pasta)
the NOTHING after 7pm except water.
I also increased my excercise at my local sports centre.

OK don't do what you are proposing, it will only hurt then you'll go on another binge and thats where you here of all these people with Yo-yo diets.
Instead, drink as much water as you can every day, this will help your body metabolise more efficiently. If your body is doing that then it will be burning more fat.
No sugar, i.e no fizzy drinks - just water (tap water is fine).
As for your diet,
Breakfast - Cereal with semi skimmed milk
Lunch - Sandwich on wholemeal, turkey/chicken/tuna for filling with some salad - No mayo or margarine or cheese.
Tea - a standard healthy meal such as spaghetti bolognese, to make it a little healthier use wholewheat pasta, (the stuff is way tastier than normal pasta as well) dont have a huge portion and make sure you drink lots of water before eating.... this will curb your appetite a little, so you don't gorge and eat unnecersarily.
If you need to snack, then it must be on fruit and veg.
No alcohol at all.
If you mess up your eating cycle by missing meals etc then your body starts to process muscle as it is easier to turn into energy than fat..not good as this would make any unsightly fat more noticeable. So do not miss any meals!
Obviously exercise - don't jog you put yourself at more chance of injury, instead go for very fast walking... as fast as you can.
You will burn more calories this way as well as having the benefit of toning your legs, bum and tummy. (so you look slimmer)
Finally, don't worry about it too much, everyone else your age (presuming 14-18) will be feeling very self concious as well (lads an lasses). And when I said everyone i mean everyone, doesn't matter who you are you always get a bit nervous in front of the opposite sex when you are in swimming gear, I suppose its to do with the fact that your showing more flesh than usual.
So smile and be confident when you swim.. it aint that bad and we've all been there :-) good luck
For Info.. Never heard of any slimming pills that are proven to work, one of my best mates once was in the dietry aid game and he said that they were all fads!

Whatever anyone else says on this site, please take my advice.
At your age, you will do massive damage to vital bodily systems, such as your liver, pancreas, and your reproductive system if you attempt a crash diet. Your internal bits are not yet mature, and will not be for a year or two yet.
Let me give you an example from my own life. I am male.
I left school at 17 years old - one would think that one's growth was finished by then.On the day I left, I was 10 stone (140lbs), with a 36 inch chest. I started work in a warehouse. Within a year I put on 4 stone (56lbs) of weight - all muscle. This was latent potential that was actualised by the extra demands made on my body.
I am now 50 years old. I weigh 15 stone, I have a 48 inch chest, 42 inch waist, I am 5 foot, 8 inches in height. This is quite good for a middle-aged man. I gave up amateur wrestling about 10 years ago, but I still play cricket and tennis. I have a bit of Jewish blood, and I look so. Some jerk recently called me a "filthy Jew" and hit me. I decked him with one blow. He is about 25.
Right. Enough of my life story - what of yours. I've already said that at 15, your internal workings are not mature - that means that your body has immense potential for change. If you try to lose weight by intense dieting, you risk buggering up your body for the rest of your life. Don't use dieting pills - you do not need them at your time of life.
You will probably chew my head off or stop reading my answer when I say that, at 15, you think you are mature and that you have the answer to everything. I would say, that at 15, your opinions are worthy of consideration - you are an adult in the making - but you ain't made yet.
Talk to your parents, or another trusted adult, or your medical doctor, before you take action. I got cheesed off with warehouse work after a couple of years and trained as a Chef. I've been thirty years at the cooking game, and have seen a lot of people come and go. You'll make out.
I really know how you feel, and I bleed for you, but you must talk to parents/trusted adult/doctor, if not for any other reason except that which pertains to your position within law.
But don't do anything in terms of diet until you talk with an expert.

You need for one to not worry about you weight as i cross referenced you height with your weight and you are in the green area indicating you are perfect size and weight check the link and check for yourself (the closer to the thick red line the better you are). If you are still not happy with yourself then may i suggest going swimming, i have a large friend is has lost 3 stone in less than a month swimming a mile a day. The worst thing you can you is stop eating, because if you skip a meal you body will go into a sort of self preservation mode and start storing fat in order to keep you going. So what you have to do is maintain a balanced diet of three meals a day even if its a small bite to eat. Hope this helps. I am in the Army so i know a little bit about survival.

Skipping means and not eating is definately NOT the way to lose weight. All you will do is mess up your metabolism and your body will go into starvation mode and hold on to anything it can, in turn causing you not to lose a single lb of fat. Making sure you eat breakfast and small meals every 2-3 hours and getting some exercise is the best way to lose weight and have it stay off. Being as thin as you are already, trying to lose 14 lbs in 18 days is going to be tough, but if you do it the right way, it might take a little longer but it will stay off. Starving yourself never lasts, and you will never get to where you want to be for very long. NOt trying to sound preachy...just want to give you some honest advice.

You know, the fact that you talk about binge eating and view your weight in the way you do tells me that you have some issues around food. I am not going to address your weight loss question in any real depth as you only weigh 122lbs. You are not overweight by any stretch of the imagination. Indeed, you are about the right weight for your height and if anyone tells you otherwise, don't listen to them.
I know there is a trend of late for certain celebs to look like pipe cleaners. Understand me when I say those women are not me and you. They are not like us. They have bought into the cult of bone thin lollypops because some fashion designers (who ought to know better) perfer that. But their weights are not healthy and most of them do not look good. No one who wears a size 2 (US) or less can possibly look like a woman in the flesh. Sorry.
Do not eat like a sparrow. You are still growing and need to eat properly to grow to your full height. Instead, focus on balance and health. Besides, if you go on a draconian diet like the one you describe, not only will you slow down your metabolism even more, I can guarantee that you will binge again in the not too distant future. Instead of crash dieting, eat 3 meals a day and if you snack, snack on a piece of fruit or a vegetable. For breakfast, eat things like porridge (made with half-fat milk and sprinkled with a teaspoon of sugar (if liked). Mid morning, have a small snack if you need one. Lunch time, have a tuna salad sandwich and a low fat, low-sugar yoghurt. Dinner time have steamed vegetables and a small amount of rice with some grilled fish or chicken. Cut out all junk foods and drink plenty of water.
If you eat this way you will probably shed about half the weight you are seeking to lose before you go back to school, perhaps a bit more since there is bound to be water weight. I would look at that as a great achievement. After that, instead of looking for a quick fix (which seems to lead you to binge) I would try to eat a normal balanced diet, exercise regularly and work with someone on your attitude to food and weight gain. You do not want to get into an eat-diet cycle otherwise you will be on that carousel for the rest of your life...

Lose a limb.
Seriously though, recommended weight loss is only 1-2 lbs/week. If you lose weight faster than that, you'll probably lose some lean body mass (i.e., bone, muscle, and water). Furthermore, rapid weight loss facilitates by heavy calorie restriction, especially cutting out carbs, will mostly be water, since you store something like 2-3 grams of water for every gram of stored muscle glycogen.
There is no good way to lose that much body fat that fast, especially at 15. You should have started 3 months ago. Then you would have been golden.

that much weight in that little amount of time isn't healthy. but try to start dieting and exercising, you'll still get there. don't skip breakfast or any meal really. 6-8 small meals a day help, they should be pretty healthy too, not much fat or sugar, is what I suggest. exercise about 5 times a week, also, for about 45 minutes, or so. drink water instead of soda, or when you want food. but dont deprive yourself of food because then your body will go into starvation mode, not good! just try to eat healthier, exercise, and keep focused, you'll reach your goal soon enough. good luck.

You don’t need to exercise for hours on end. Short, sharp sets of exercise will produce better results if you work hard. Get a skipping rope, skip for two moments, do push ups for about a minute, skip for two minutes, rest first minute. Then change the push as much as something else like sit ups and also do the set again. Repeat it five times and it’s an instant, effective workout that will get better results than a long operate or swim.

Jockey's and Boxers lose weight rapidly by visiting a sauna by sweating it off. I don't understand why you need to lose weight for swimming, losing weight will reduce your buoyancy and missing meals will make your body think it is starving and it will adjust to function on lower number of calories. Once you go back to normal eating habits, once you attain your target weight you will then put on the pounds faster than before. Yo-yo diets will take a toll on your body, your future health and maybe fertility. Speak to your fa,ily doctor and your parents and try to find a diet that will give you the energy for swimming but is healthy. You need to think long term on this, good luck.
