Not likely out completely, but they can have a lower sperm count due to infection and other illnesses, and to excessive ejaculation. Sperm cells are constantly being formed in the testes, even in older men. They may have somewhat lower counts as well, but are still fertile.
Some diseases and surgical procedures cause men to no longer ejaculate, but that's a special situation removed from the normal question.

No no longer possibly, yet once you masturbate for like 5 situations in a row, on the 5th time an relatively little sperm will come out, when you consider that your little guy desires a while to recuperate.

no you dont, each day starts a process of sperm making that takes 70 days to complete the sperm,everyday a new process starts.
but when you get old you wont exactly erect as fast as long long ago....
its a bit confusing but the bottom line is

Yes, guys do run out of sperm. It's called shooting blanks. Thats why they have sperm counts.

lol men don't run out of sperm. Even when you're old and grey, you'll still have it. It's the women that run out of eggs. :)

UNLESS U DO HAV TESTICLES U WONT RUN OUT OF SPERM. BUT DEFINITELY WHEN AGE CATCHES UP EVEN SPERM COUNT N QUALITY OF IT REDUCES.

Men do not run out, but the motility, (ability to create babies), lowers as we age. Other health factors influence this of course.
