Exactly two weeks ago today I had what is called a cyro procedure. The doctor will freeze the cervix with nitros oxide to kill dyplasia, which are cancerous forming cells on the cervix. The doctor told me that I needed to wait 2 to 3 weeks before I had sex again. It is killing me! Has anyone had this procedure done before? If so, how long did you wait before you had sex again? What did your discharge look like? (Not To Be Gross)

i waited about 3 weeks before i had sex again, mainly because i was uncomfortable. i wasnt in pain, but i definitely felt something going on 'down there' t hat wasnt pleasant. i honestly didnt want anyone near me and the thought of sex was the last thing on my mind while i was uncomfortable. as far as the discharge, it was kind of bloody, but not heavy like a period...kind of like a thin bloodish tinged discharge. it lasted about a week or so.

You actually need to wait to have sex like your doctor said. You could cause damage down there and could also get an infection which would not be good. I have heard that the discharge can be anywhere from pink, to a kind of mustard yellow color.

its best to wait. you don't actually have sex to get off. if you and your partner are in touch with one another, you can get off by just touching each other. your discharge Will look the same.
