Well, mine is a PARTIAL success story. I started on WW last July and was doing really well with it. Lost 12 pounds in 4 weeks. Was on a really good roll until bad pains railroaded me and I spent 2-1/2 weeks in the hospital to recover from surgery for Ovarian Cancer. I ended up losing 60 pounds, a lot of that from not being able to eat for 3 weeks and then taking another 2-3 to really get my appetite back again. Any weight loss program works if you stick with it. I just enrolled in WW again for 3 months to get started again!

Just exercise and eat healthy. Don't waste your money on those things. If you need motivation. Get a picture of what you want to look like, and strive to get their. No sense in giving people money for something that you can do on your own. You just need motivation and patience, and you should be on your way to great weight loss success.

I have been on it a few times (in 25 years) and I think it is the best diet, you can eat alot and you learn what to fix that fills you up and doesn't use your points. It is a great program but requires some work and time to calculate your grocery purchases. Go for it!!
Going to the meetings help learn the tricks of the trade from other members.

It was great, I was on it for a while before I got pregnant again. I lost 17 lbs in 3 months. I liked that you were able to eat anything anywhere, even at restrants.

There are lots - my old office manager lost 50 pounds five years ago. Our receptionist dropped 70 and her husband lost almost 100! They've all kept it off and totally stick to the diet because its easy to do it. Its well balanced and very healthy.
