rhinoplasty costs different amoutns depending on the doctor who performs the surgery. the key in any plastic surgery is to make sure that the doctor you choose is board-certified in plastic surgery. these board-certified plastic surgeons cost more, but it is much more worth it because they are far more specialized and are much more familiar with these types of surgery. i wouldnt trust a doctor who was cheaper, and was not board certified because what if he didnt perform these surgeries often? before any plastic surgery it is important to talk to your doctor and find out how many of these surgeries he does in a month, what his success to complication ratio is (meaning, how many successful operations does he have for each non-successful operation...such as operations that may become infected, or the visual product doesnt look very good). if i had to make a guess, i would say that a rhinoplasty from a good board-certified plastic surgeon may cost in the ballpark of $7500.

Depend on how extensive the rhinoplasty can be, If you have the nose of Barbara Streisand, oww! It will cost at least $5,000.00. Shop around and check with the background of the Doc with Medical Board as there are a lot of "horror stories" about plastic surgery!! Best wishes!!
