i wanna get a flatter stomach in about a month and fit into size 3 jeans, in a month too. if i eat 1500 calories a day and do 2hrs worth of ddr a day ( burns 1,000 calories) for 5 days a week is that crash dieting? i really want the weight to stay off and not gain back. is this too much, too little?

i fit into size 5-7 jeans, im 5'3 and 126lb. my BMR is 1,300

I wouldnt say thats crash dieting at all. 1500 calories is pretty good for your size. I dont think you need to run 2 hours a day though. You will burn yourself out. Fitness needs to be something you do for life, not just a month. At your pace, you will quickly become sick of it.

EDIT: The above poster is wrong. Its 3600 calories not 3000.

depends a lot on what you're eating to get those 1500 calories/day. What you need to do is not necessarily count the calories, but focus on eating healthy foods all the time (don't deviate during your month of hard work!). You may also want to invest in this book:
"Shawn Phillips' ABSolution"
You can get it on amazon.com or ebay for under $10.00. You will have nice abs if you follow this plan carefully. Good Luck!

At that rate, your body is going to go into shock, and therefore will enter starvation mode. you will gain the weight back unless you do it in a more healthy way.

You have to burn 3,000 calories to lose just one pound. You probably won't lose that much in a month.
