I am 13 years old and I really want to lose 50 lbs so bad. I wish there was an easier way then not eat because I love to eat alot of food so I really need help please help me with my weight.

Oh Sweetie....do away with the junk food and get outside more. Exercise is the best way to lose weight. There is no easy fix to losing weight. Good luck to ya!!

Get off the computer and get outside!!
You need to exercise, especially if you like to eat alot of food. Cut back a little, you can what you like, just not so much of it.

You could join weight watchers. My wife and I did and each lost 60 lbs in about 18 months

you take the weight that you want to weigh and times it by 10 and that is how much calories you should consume on a daily basis. It will take some self control, but it will be worth it.

Check with your doctor. But cut out the junk food and some carbs... and exercise. Walking is good.

Exercise. Weight watchers is great. Lots of logical dieting, and it taught me portion control. Good luck!

you can try eating smaller amounts, keep a calorie counter to keep track of calories, running would be a plus or just riding a bike, and make sure you exercise to tone as you loose. it would also help to get a partner to keep from being bored to death.
