Get a physical exam from a good doctor to rule out serious medical problems.
Vitamin C with bioflavinoids, Green Tea, and pycnogenol or grape seed extract may help strengthen your blood vessels, but don't skip the doctor visit!

blood pressure cause blood vessels to burst and its get worst with age. if you are under 30 and have it in random places my doctor told me to take vitamin C but if you have vessels that burst and wont go away after a few day it could be rosacea, which is a skin condition

I don't know but I would advise you to go to a doctor and get this checked out especially if it is painful. This has been known to be connected with a type of arthritis.
