yep I had head lice in grade school- nearly my whole class got it.
Did you know that cleanliness and hygiene don't have much to do with it? The cleaner your hair is, the better the lice like it- they can get around better through clean hair.
The thought of it does give you the eebie-jeebies though! LOL!

on my head my first year teaching. One of my students gave it to me. My hair was soooo long. It only took a day to get rid of it, but then I had to make sure my boyfriends house was lice free too! It was so embarassing we had only just started staying over with each other.

I had lice when I was in my early 20's. Just on my head though. I shaved my head and they went bye bye.

Yep in my hair, boy was that fun.
I've had scabies on my arms (I won't ever stay at a Best Western AGAIN!)
Never on my privates, which is crabs.

if they're on your "privates", it's called SCABIES.
and you really need to get that taken care of...Just go to the drugstore, get RID or whatever it's called, and complain loudly to whomever looks at you "damn kids at preschool!"
And read all the directions--you'll have to bomb your house, bleach and hot-water wash EVERYTHING....throw your undies out....
And ditto for whomever "gave" you your little friends in the first place.
And then dump him.

yes when i was in 1st gr. i would always share my brushes and coats! (bad idea!!!) but it wasnt that bad. u no my head didnt even itch!

yes we all have had lice when we were young...thats for sure so if anyone says they've never had lice they are lying..
well thats my opinion......(^_^)
