I really want to flatten my tummy by September 5th, and i need to know what are the best beverages for it. I've been staying away from soda, and I drink lots of Crystal Light pink lemonade. Oh, I also drink a decent amount of water. What else?

I have about 8 red bumps that are on my lower left of my back. They are hard. They were painful at first because I thought I was having back pains prior to knowing about these bumps. Now they are starting to itch but it still hurts. The bumps are clumped together making a diameter a little bigger than a quarter maybe the size of a 50 cent one. There are two other bumps that are a little further away from that clump. I am concerned because I just noticed this on Monday. It still is there, however my girlfriend says it gotten smaller. What should I do? Is this a rash or bug bites? I am not allergic to anything, although this might happen. Any answers will help!

I had a sudden pain 4 days ago.. when i tried pulling my foreskin just one time forward while i was cleaning it. Then the next day i didn't feel any pain.. But the foloowing day i started getting a kind of dull pain around the foreskin.. i have a feeling it's because of the incident i had at first. So should i put any cream or someting to make it heal.. The other day i went to the doctors for allergies. I have been having mucus, my ears have been stop up, and my nose is always stop up!! They told me to take 40mg predinsone once a day, for 5 days, to clear up the inflamation in my ears, and face area. Then told me to take Nacacort too. My question is on the Prednisone, just taking it 5 days, i should not have to taper off..?? And on the Nasacort when should i start seeing some effect on this medication!!>? And on the Prednisone also when will i feel some clearing up in my ears.. ??

I am a teen model, but I need to be skinner. i am not fat at all but I am not really skinny either. I don't really have a tummy. i eat fruits and drink water but I am still not the right size. I want it to be tight were my ribs are and then it comes in and comes out were my hips are. I don't want any extra FAT at ALL. Most people would say this is crazy but I is about me being happy with my body.

okay so i got it after my son was born. then i went on creams and it went away. then a month or so later i got it again. they couldn't figure out how i was getting it because i wasn't having sex. then i went on meds and it went away. they told me to use pads to prevent it but i refuse to use pads. the only time i have ever used pads was when my son was born because i didn't want anything in there. and i was a good idea anyways. but anyways, now i am noticing my BV symtoms coming back. i have not had sex since christmas, so i don't know how i am getting it. please it really bothers me i want to get to the bottom of this so i can make it stop! it sucks! anyone else have a similar experience? the funny thing is i never had BV until after my son was born. now it's like i have chronic BV or something. i'm going nuts, and if i do start having sex again, it's gonna seriously cramp my sex life!

My daughter just started kindergarten.She did fine the first five days of school without crying.Now we are on the eleventh day, and she has cryed for the last six days, and she has vomited at school on three of those days.Could she have seperation anxiety?She tells me that she's just missing mom.I have made an appointment with her doctor with the suggestion from her school counselor.But the wait is just making me nervous.
