what are the little bumps that come on the upper arm?

well, my friend has these small zit type of things on her upper arm, and i was wondering what they were, so i could get something for her to heal it...

I think it's just clogged pores. She needs to make sure she exfoliates extra well and use a bodywash that doesn't have lots of perfumes.
