often there are procedures through the medical authority to care fully for the schizophrenic. You should have support groups, cpns and other nursing authorities supporting you at this moment of time.
I hate when people make a joke of mental illness. It can happen to anyone at any time. A chemical imbalancement that causes you to go off rails or feel not quite with it. Many schizophrenics are relativily rehabilitied into creative and friendly folk that do good for community.

The main difficulty between medical authorities and schizophrenics is about taking their medications. They may need to be on meds for a long time like diabetics.

i grow to be clinically determined with the same ingredient and it wasn't till later that they got here across out i grow to be bi-polar and the unique prognosis grow to be incorrect. i grow to be telling each and each of the medical doctors the same ingredient that I by no skill heard voices or hallucinated. It sounds like the medication your on is merely which could also help you stay comfortable. i imagine that drugs is used for stress no matter if it truly is in the team of drugs referred to as benzodiazepines. i grow to be believing issues that were no longer actual referred to as delusions. that does no longer unavoidably recommend it truly is schizophreia inspite of the undeniable fact that. and that i'd get a prognosis executed by technique of a qualified psychiatrist, they bypass to school 12 years. each now and then the therapist are incorrect.

What sort of problems are you having? For a lot of people with mental health problems, the authorities are often not really caring, and just expect you to take meds without question! Find what works for you, and tell them that it is working!!

I have no schizophrenia myself, but had a roommate with it.
Because of the level of his 'disturbance' he was at times a threat to himself, and in extreme circumstances even to others.
That did get him into trouble with his doctors, who were quite strong in telling him to take meds.
However, that is as much as the trouble he got into with the medical people.
