Without giving you an exam, it could be anything from a pinched nerve or blood vessel to something more serious.
In this instance, I would go see an obstetrician instead of trying to self-diagnose for your and the baby's safety.
Pain is an indicator of a problem, sometimes your body corrects it on its own but if you've been having this pain for several days and it's not recognizable, go to a doctor immediately

When my wife was pregnant, she had the same pains. The gyn told her that tendons that hold up the uterus/bladder/other organs usually keep out of the way, but sometimes they roll over the enlarged uterus. It doesn't last long, but initially, it is a sharp pain. Hope this helps.

Sometimes it's related to the uterus stretching. It could be indegestion or something. If it continues for an extended period of time, and is accompanied by any bleeding see the doctor. If you're really concerned call the dr and ask, they get all kinds of questions from expecting mommies.

It is always best to ask your Dr if anything is bothering you when you are pregnant. Better safe than sorry. It may just be your muscles stretching preparing you for the birth. Your uterus as well. Still call the Doc

I have the same thing as you i am a little over two months mine was because you get cysts when you are pregnant on your ovaries but they are very common or because the muscles that are attached to your uterus get stretched if you get up to fast or move to fast but if i were you i would still go and get it checked!

It could be gas, bowl movement, baby movement, or a false labor contraction. Talk to your doctor. Good luck!!

A) Ask you doctor because that what you pay him for and B) your uterus could be expanding to later accommodate the baby as it grows bigger.
