I have about 8 red bumps that are on my lower left of my back. They are hard. They were painful at first because I thought I was having back pains prior to knowing about these bumps. Now they are starting to itch but it still hurts. The bumps are clumped together making a diameter a little bigger than a quarter maybe the size of a 50 cent one. There are two other bumps that are a little further away from that clump. I am concerned because I just noticed this on Monday. It still is there, however my girlfriend says it gotten smaller. What should I do? Is this a rash or bug bites? I am not allergic to anything, although this might happen. Any answers will help!

Maybe spider bites - see your doctor just to be sure you're not getting infected.

sounds like bites. any animals? if so check them for fleas to ticks.
put some anti-itch cream on them... if this doesn't help in about 3 days... see a doctor.

sounds like bites...put anti-itch lotion and wash well for a few days--take some antihistamines also if the itching is really bad...if it doesn't improve make a visit to your doctor

Just put some benadryl cream on it and just make sure its healing.
