I had a sudden pain 4 days ago.. when i tried pulling my foreskin just one time forward while i was cleaning it. Then the next day i didn't feel any pain.. But the foloowing day i started getting a kind of dull pain around the foreskin.. i have a feeling it's because of the incident i had at first. So should i put any cream or someting to make it heal.. I never had foreskin pain before, so i hate having it. .

Perhaps you pulled too hard and caused bruising. Check to see if there's any redness, bruising, or raw spots. If not, it could theoretically be a pinched nerve or something from pulling it the wrong way. I would say leave it alone for 3-4 days, or be very gentle and slow when you do pull it back to clean. If it doesn't resolve itself, then see a doctor. If he suggests a circumcision and you don't want that, just tell him so, some doctors jump to that option too quickly.

This could be an early sign of a sexually transmitted disease or maybe a Kidney Stone. I recommend that you visit a doctor as soon as possible.

Neosporin with Pain Relief is a great topical ointment to stop pain on the surface, like in a cut or wound. It will not help with pain inside the tissue though. There is no over the counter medication that can do that very well.

Ben Gay and the like work by macing your body. The active ingredients are various forms of pepper. They irritate the skin and increase blood flow to the spot. That usually gets rid of the fatigue poisons, which can cause pain by their buildup. I don't recommend that you use anything like that.

Aspirin is the oldest known pain reliever, and it is found in the bark of willow trees. Aspirin works by breaking up some of the blood components so there is less blood pressure. This is why it works so well on headaches, but it won't help you much.

Anti-Inflammatory like Motrin and Alieve work by reducing inflammation. They do not cure anything and only provide temporary relief. You should try this, but you need to see a doctor ASAP (As Soon As Possible).

If you had damaged your foreskin by manipulating it too much then you could have bruised it. There probably would be some discoloration in the skin and the sign of a bruise.

I retain my private organs, just as they were when I was born. As with any man I have abused and use my organ with few complaints. Whenever I had a pain down there it is been temporary (less than a hour) or it was caused by a deeper problem like kidney stones. Passing a kidney stone, and not all of them pass, is about the most painful thing a man ever has to endure.

Regardless of what is wrong with you, to have it going on this long is a certain sign of deeper trouble an it REQUIRES A VIST TO THE DOCTOR.

try putting some neosporine(spelling?) first aid cream, on it if it doesn't get better in a couple of days you should go see a doctor you wouldn't want it to be infected, you might have accedently tore it slightly,

well that's why boys should be circumcised. I'm sorry your parents didn't do that for you, maybe you hurt it while masturbating?? I've never heard of that.
