I took a class called Cognitive Behavor Modification in order to help me with depression. I learned that my thoughts cause my feelings, and my feelings influence my actions. So if I recognize my thoughts, and avoid certain thinking errors, then I feel less depressed. This is a very powerful tool.

9 years ago I was at a Marrow donor drive~~a recruitment to put your name on a registry~~~And 9 years later Iv'e been found to be a match, because I am going to help her (the person that needs the marrow) i I have to live a healthier lifestyle~~I mean i dont do drugs or anything, but I like to go out and drink and now at least until after the donation, I have to stop~~~so yeah its life changing, however if my daughter ever needed help, I would hope someone would be there for her~~~

I went Vegan, lost weight and feel 100% better every day, it's not an easy diet, I take supplements

Joining weight watchers and losing 60 lbs. Before I was a dorky fat guy...now I am a dorky skinny guy.

Adding exercise back into my life, not only have I lost 40lbs but my attitude & self concept is better... I can deal with stress better!

stopped eating sugar, flour, now eat only all natural whole grains. i feel wonderful and look great. plus lots of veggies and fruits

started excercising, and I don't eat junk food (as much, one of lifes richest so we should never deny us a treat every now and then)
