I know of a diet, which is really great to loose water retention and slim down fast, but you shouldn't use it often. it's a 3 days diet. what you do everyday is that you eat one or 2 dates in the morning with a cup of tea. you can drink water during the day too. in the evening, you can eat one or two boiled eggs; that's it. If you do this for 3 days, you will loose water retention and slim down a little. I did it once 3 days before a new year party and managed to fit well in this great dress that I had. It takes away the bloating from water in your body. good luck!

by day 5-6 i had already lost 7 pounds when i was on the sacred heart diet. its temporary, but i lost pounds and inches and its great for when you have something coming up! i also reccomend that if you do this diet that you put your workouts/exercise on hold til after the wedding or you will be ravenous and not make it through the diet!

someth8ing little u can do is to reduce the amount of salt u eat and even drink a little less. this way u dont get bloated, which can be surprising helpful. its just a small easy sugestion though, it wont really make u lose too much weight

I don't know if that's possibe- to lose a significant amount of weight in less than a week. Your best bet is to wear a properly fitted outfit and suck it in. Good luck!

exercise a lot each day. like maybe three to four times during each day. diet a little. go outside too and run a mile back and forth from ur house. just keep movin

I would say, cleanse your body, watch your
