6 weeks on average and begin doing a couple more each day working up to at least 150. Also change the way you do them, elevate your feet one day...twist to the side one day.

You should see some results after about a week.

After 2 or 3 weeks, you should start increasing the number you are doing each day, if you want to keep seeing results.
