CORRECTION :- Sar Ghoomna is a Urdu term Not Hindi ! You meant CHAKAR ANA ?
Dizziness,Giddiness and Vertigo are almost equivalent words to it in English !

if i understand u correctly, then i think that means head spinning.
sar stands for head and ghumna means 'to rome' and thus sar ghumna could be used as in having a headache or u giving someone a headache.
