I had a wart removed at my doctors office by method of freezing- now I have developed a blister that is filled with liquid, which I expected. Should I pop it or leave it alone?

leave it alone. Breaking it open exposes an open sore to more germs. Pad it as best you can & it will reabsorb.
Or, call the doc if it is the same issue as the frozen wart.

The blister may look bad but you should not pop the blister, if you do so you have to suffer pain for a day or today. The liquid inside it is natural, and current it healing your wound. So wait!!. It will eventually pop on it own. And after it pops, drain the liquid and the burned area. Keep it clean (using a band-aid is not a bad idea). Wait for it to heal on its own.

Leave it alone!
Popping blisters puts you at risk for an infection... and that's just no fun at all.
If you do pop it, or it pops on its own, keep it covered and use triple antibiotic cream (ie, Neosporin) to prevent infection

You're supposed to leave it alone but I always pop mine. I should know better being medically trained but it's so hard not to pop them - they just sit there demanding to be popped.

There's two ways to look at it - left intact it prevents dirt getting in, popped it begins to heal quicker.

Leave it alone and if it pops on its own, put a band aid on it.

Only if it's very thin and will pop anyway.
If you pop it you MUST debride it - take away all the dead skin that forms the bubble otherwise an infection will develop underneath.

Leave it alone. Draining it could cause an infection.

I would want to pop it, but you should probably ask your doctor first. You could call them over the phone and they could probably tell you. Good luck!
