Eggs are NOT the enemy. Eggs are high in protein and monounsaturated fat, both of which are VERY good for you. The problem is how you cook them. Obviously, soft-boiled and hard-boiled are the best way because you don't use butter, margarine, cooking spray, or oil. If you like them fried or scrambled, use butter -- a heck of a lot better for you than cooking spray and most margarine, which is loaded with trans fat. Even better, cook them in olive oil -- tastes different, but olive oil has more monounsaturated fat than eggs, and your body NEEDS monounsaturated fat. P.S.: Eating more eggs will not necessarily raise your cholesterol levels. It's a myth that eating foods high in cholesterol will raise your cholesterol levels. You stand a better chance of raising your cholesterol by eating white bread. Eat whole grain breads instead.

Don't listen to these fad diets... people have been eating eggs for thousands of years. They're not really unhealthy... just don't eat too many all the time. Have some toast and eggs for breakfast (easy on the butter, there!), get some exercise, and you'll be fine. Plus, they have a lot of much needed protein!
Eat a variety of foods in moderation, and get regular exercise, and you will be a healthy person!

If you only eat 2 eggs it won't cause you to gain weight... but if you eat 2 eggs every time you eat, breakfast, lunch and dinner and a snack, by themselves it would still not cause you to gain weight. What do you eat with the eggs? Bacon or sausage, hash browns, grits, toast with butter and jam, at each meal probably will cause you to gain weight. It's not the eggs, it's the total amount of calories you take in.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

One egg =60 calories. Large-- 100 cals. Eggs are not fattening. However, if you have high cholesterol, do not eat egg yolk.
If cooked in fat, the calories will increase.

In moderation it's fine. It's not healthy to eat 2 eggs everyday though as they have alot of fat and cholesterol.

Eggs are zero fat and zero carbs. However that does not mean they are zero calories. If you are watching your cholesterol, eggs should be eaten sparingly. You can have too much of a good thing.

Nonsense. There is NO SUCH THING as a "forbidden" food when you're trying to lose weight, despite what all the idiots try to tell you. The key is calories in - calories out.
